COVID-19 FAQ

Hey babe! No worries, AXCID SHOP is still up and running as usual.

With everything going on, we understand the concerns and delays you guys have with your orders and shipments.

Rest assured we are still shipping out orders as usual, but with slight delay in processing orders.

1- How long does shipping take?

 Due to the global pandemic, we normally advised 7-20 business day delivery time frame. Now we are advising a 7-30 business day delivery time for packages to be delivered.

2- When will my order be processed and shipped out?

Due to the global pandemic, there might be some delay in processing your order. We are working extremely hard to having packages shipped out sooner but with delays and inconveniences we are advising a few additional business days for packages to be sent out and delivered. 

3- Are you shipping to X country?

We offer worldwide shipping! But sadly lots of international borders are being closed off to prevent more infections and to catch up with delayed packages. Just email us and we will check to see if theres no delays heading your way! 

4- Tracking has not updated in X time, where is my order?

Email us at help@axcidshop.com and our team will be glad to assist with the whereabouts of your order! 

 5- My order has been stuck with the same tracking update, where is my order?

Rest assured, if your package states that it has reached your country, your package is being handled by your countries distribution center and should be shipped out soon. Because of the global pandemic, there is limited amount of workers on duty processing packages for delivery.

If package has not moved in over a month then you can email us at help@axcidshop.com and our team will be glad to help you!

Because of transit and shipping delays caused by COVID-19 and international borders closing for the safety of their country, If an order is stuck in transit, we can only issue a reshipment of your package or store credit for the amount of your order.

AXCIDSHOP AND THE TEAM IS CONTINUOUSLY WORKING HARD TO IMPROVE OUR SHIPPING SYSTEMS TO PREVENT AS MUCH DELAYS AS POSSIBLE.
