SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All items are made to order. The estimated ship time for each product can vary.
Depending on the Product, we ship from our partnered sweat free factories in China and in the USA. So please expect your items to be shipped separately and in different packages if you ordered more than one thing as different factories are located in different areas of manufacturing. Have a question about which item is from where? EMAIL US!
A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service
US orders take from 12-20 business days after shipment. Shipping via E-Packet.
International Shipment times vary by destination country and shipping company. Some may be from E-packet and others can be shipped from Chinapost. (14-45 business days to deliver)
Tracking update takes 5-10 days to show. So do not worry about not seeing updates after you receive the tracking number, it will show after 5-10 days.

RETURN POLICY
1. Did you make a mistake in your address placing the order? No problem! Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so that we can change the address and that way it will get to you
2. Did you get your item and there is a defect? No problem! Please contact us within a week of getting your item and we will be glad to help you! There are no returns for a refund.
3. There are NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS for a different shirt or for a different size. All items have a measurement chart and it is very important for you to measure yourself and compare measurements of a garment you already own at home for a closer accuracy of how the item will fit you. Is there an item you want but there is no measurements? Email us and we will glady add it!
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes can be entered at time of checkout in the discount tab under your products at checkout. You must press "Apply" and see the order total update for the discount to be applied. Once an order is placed, discount codes cannot be retroactively add to your purchase.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept checks, money orders, COD or wire transfers.
REFUND POLICY
All orders have a 45 business day shipping warranty. That means that once you get your shipping number and your item has not arrived to your house, a refund can be done. Contact us at info@axcidshop.com for a refund process.
Refunds are done when an item has arrived defective and/or your item has not arrived within the 45 business days. If you have received your item defective, please contact us within the week of getting your order and we will be glad to help reshipping the item or for a refund!
There are no returns for a refund.
