1. Can I place an order on my phone? 

Yes, you may access our mobile website on your smartphone by typing into your browser's search box.

2. How long can items be stored for in my shopping bag? 

The contents of the shopping bag to which your account is linked will be kept for up to 30 days. This is true for all axcidbabes

3. An item added to my shopping bag was sold out. 

When you finish your purchase during the checkout process, the item is reserved. If an item is exceptionally popular and in limited supply, it may be sold out by the time you get to the payment page. An item placed to your shopping bag is saved for a total of 30 days, however stock availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. As a result, you should make your payment as soon as feasible.

4. How do I know what size to choose?

5. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

You may only make changes to your purchase if you do so within 24 hours of making it and before it is processed. Because we handle orders rapidly, modifications and cancellations are not always possible. You must email us (within 24 hours) at with the specifics of your change/cancellation request.

Order Status
Your order will go through numerous phases before being "sent out" once we receive payment. Please see the table below for an explanation of the various order statuses and their meanings: 

1) Pending: You attempted to pay us using a PayPal e-check but were unsuccessful. We have not yet received your money; please check your Paypal account or bank account balance to ensure that you have adequate cash. Please email us the transaction ID or payment proof if the payment was completed successfully to expedite the process. 

2) Paid: After you've paid for your order, our server will upload it quickly, and we'll begin processing it. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for your patience. 

3) Order Processing: AXCID normally processes orders within 3-10 business days after receipt of payment. Following are the steps that your processing order will go through. 

1- Receiving and distributing your order's contents. 
2- Examining the item for quality. 
3- Shipping label printing and packing We will ship your purchase after these three processes have been completed.

4) Shipped Out: Your whole order has been dispatched and is currently en route to you. Please check your account for updates on the delivery and track the item online. 

5) Cancelled: Your order has been canceled due to non-payment. Please feel free to change your mind about an order at any time. 

6) Refunded: We have issued a refund for your order. Please wait 3-7 working days for your  transaction to be processed on your account. Payment via credit card will take 7 to 25 working days, depending on the credit card merchant. +

3. How can I find out if an item is eligible for free shipping?

4. What is a split shipment, and how does it work? 

If your order contains many goods, it may be divided into various shipments and dispatched at different dates. Each shipment that ships separately will send you a shipping notification. Please contact customer care at if you have any questions. 

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Please keep in mind that total time equals processing time plus delivery time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

6. How can I find out the status of my order? 

We will send you an email with the appropriate delivery information as soon as we are ready to ship your order. After that, you can click on the link that says "track your order" on our website or by clicking the tracking link in your delivery confirmation email.

Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that without prior authorization, we do not accept returns or exchanges. As a result, if you need to return your order for any reason, please confirm with our Customer Service team first. 

Please follow all of the steps provided once you have been given permission to return the item(s). 

All returns should be returned by a trackable carrier, according to our recommendations. To verify that the product you are returning gets returned to our warehouse, save the Return Tracking Number linked with it. is not liable for products shipped without the original packing slip or with a return label that was not given by us. also does not accept cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) deliveries. Please keep the following in mind while returning a product: 

-Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. 
-Unworn and unwashed merchandise is required. 
-All tags, original packaging, accessories, and decorations must be entirely intact on merchandise. 
-It is not possible to return gift cards, jewelry, undergarments, or bodysuits.
After we receive your return, we will complete your refund within 7-10 business days. The precise timing varies and is determined by the payment source. We recommend contacting your payment provider for updates after refunds have been processed. No refunds are available for the original shipping expenses.
