1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
If you are having trouble tracking your orders, you can use your tracking number and go to 17track.net to see your tracking updates there
2. I CAN'T SEE ANY UPDATES ON MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Once you get a tracking number it can take 5-10 business days for updates to show, no need to fear!
3. IT'S BEEN X WEEKS AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY ORDER
Orders can take 2-8 weeks to be shipped depending on your location once you get a tracking number.
If your order takes longer than 1-3 weeks, it usually it means that the package(s) was randomly selected by the customs office to be inspected. This means they will have to open the package, inspect it, seal it back up and send back on its way to you.
Do not worry, we are trying our best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. If your package IS held by customs, please understand that we cannot call to rush the process as it is a government entity that is there to protect your country. We are not affiliated with any shipping companies. If you have any questions about address changing, mail forwarding or if you order says "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.
4. WHEN CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Due to high volume of orders, it can take up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped
5. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
All orders are protected by our shipping warranty. If it has been more than 45 days and your order has not arrived, please contact us and we can issue a refund, resend the item or issue you store credit.
6. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our sweat free partnered factories in Shanghai, China. If you have ordered more than one item, please expect them to be shipped separately as our different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON CHANGING THE WAY WE SHIP OUR ITEMS SO THAT MULTIPLE ITEMS CAN BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE.
We offer Free World Wide shipping via Parcel. That way, you are able to receive your items internationally without having to pay a butt load of money paying taxes for orders.
7. I'M A SIZE ___, WILL THIS FIT ME?
Depending on the clothing, we offer different sizes for different items. We offer measurement charts on each product for you to compare yourself against. If there is an item you want but there is no measurement chart, please email us and we can send them to you. Please keep in mind our clothing product is based in China, expect them to be smaller than Europe/US sizing.
We do not do any returns or exchanges unless the item has any defect in the product. If there is, please email us within the week of receiving with a photo of the defected item and we will be happy to send you a replacement. We strongly recommend measuring yourself for the correct and accurate fit. Orders can not be canceled upon shipment
9. I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN CHANGE IT?
If you realized your mistake before your order has been shipped, we can gladly change your address so that it can get to you. IF YOU REALIZE YOUR MISTAKE ONCE YOU GET A TRACKING NUMBER, we recommend talking to your local post office about the issue as we can not do anything else once the order has been shipped
10. I ORDERED X ITEMS AND ONLY GOT ONE OF THEM, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
If you ordered more than one item, there is a good chance that these products are located in different warehouses. Thus, some tend to be shipped earlier than others and recieved earlier than others. If you'd like to know where your orders are, you can track them with the tracking number provided and going to global.cainiao.com to check the status of your order.
11. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country if your order exceeds $1000.
12. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified da
13. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like for your order to be cancelled, you can contact us 24 hours within the order being placed and we will be glad to cancel your order!
